4-in-1 One villa · Phnom Penh
Everything your pet needs.
One beautiful destination.
Shop premium supplies, have a coffee with our resident cats, let your dog run the courtyard, and book a proper groom — all inside a restored 1960s French-colonial villa on Street 542.
Four rooms, one house — tap a zone to wander
The whole place is a 1960s villa and its walled courtyard. The shop fills the old reception rooms, the cat café was a bedroom, and the dog park is the brick yard where the mango tree already lived. Nothing here is a retail unit; it's a house that learned new tricks.
The Pet Supply Store
The villa's reception rooms and old kitchen now hold the shop floor — chandelier still hanging, window grilles still in place. You'll find a proper food wall for dogs and cats, treats and chews, toys worth destroying, litter, leads, carriers, beds, and the everyday things you ran out of again.
We stock what we'd feed our own animals. If we don't carry something your pet needs, tell us at the counter and we'll order it in.
- Dog & cat food wall
- Toys, treats & gear
- Open daily 8:00–20:00
The Cat Café
Down three steps from the shop is the quietest room in the house — a former bedroom with its original French folding doors and, yes, the black-and-white checkered bathroom tile that came with the villa. Order a coffee or something cold, take a floor cushion, and let the residents decide whether you've earned a lap visit.
All our cats are rescues, vaccinated and cheerfully opinionated. Some are adoptable — ask the barista who's currently looking for a home.
- Coffee, tea & cakes
- Resident rescue cats
- Quiet room — inside voices
The Dog Park
The villa's side courtyard is now an off-leash turf yard, shaded most of the day by the mango tree that was here decades before we were. There are ramps and hurdles to conquer, a hydration station, string lights for the evening crowd, and the old stone table if you'd rather sit than referee.
The spirit house in the corner also predates us, and it stays — looked after, garlanded, and strictly off the play list. The dogs have been told.
- Off-leash & fenced
- Free with any visit
- Vaccinated, friendly dogs
The Grooming Room
Grooming gets a whole room to itself at the back of the villa, next door to the cat café — vent screens over the window, a purple door that closes, and a view of the trees from the table. Baths, haircuts, nails, ears, teeth, de-shedding, and the occasional full transformation, handled gently and without hurry.
Every appointment can end with a run in the dog park to shake off the indignity, so allow a little extra time.
- By appointment, 9:00–18:00
- Cats welcome (bravely)
- Gentle handling, no cages

A 1960s villa that learned new tricks
When we found No. 19, it was a French-colonial-era villa with good bones and better details: arched hallways, maroon wainscoting, columned porches, red concrete vent screens throwing lace-patterned shade, and a mango tree running the courtyard. The easy move was to gut it. We didn't.
Instead we renovated around what made it a house — so shopping here feels like visiting someone who happens to own every good pet product in Phnom Penh. Daily is run by people whose own dogs and cats quality-test the stock, occasionally without permission. The calico on our sign is real, and she considers the café hers.
